1. Add 1 tsp of oil to a nonstick pan.
2. Pan fry the chicken until cooked through, set aside.
3. In the same pan, add sauce ingredients and once the chorizo is cooked add 1/2 cup of water and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until you have the desired consistency.
4. Put chicken back in the pan and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy!
