COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Do not thaw Panfry: Fry over low heat, COVERED, 3 minutes on each side. Make sure all sides are golden brown. Bake: Preheat oven to 200 C and bake the frozen nuggets for 20-25 minutes. Air fry: Set at 220C and cook for 12-15 minutes.
